Breakfast is served in The Horizon Restaurant from 6.30am – 9.30am weekdays and 7.30am – 10.30am on weekends.
 
Opening times for dinner are 6.30pm - 9.30pm.
 
Or, if you're just after a quick bite, the Quench Bar is the perfect place for relaxed morning coffees, light lunches, evening meals, and post-dinner drinks. 

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in. 

We offer a range of tasty Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Our menus show options with V = Suitable for Vegetarians and Ve = Suitable for Vegans. We also offer gluten-free meals. Our menus show options with GF = Gluten Free and GFA = Gluten Free Alternative Available.

Please note our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens or intolerance's may be present. 

If you would like to discuss dietary requirements, please contact us before your stay. 

We'll always try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please let your server know your preferences when you join us for a meal.

Another good value with great service stay
Another good visit at this hotel. We stay around 6 times a year before/after traveling to Europe via LeShuttle. Special mention to Michelle (Reception), Breeze (Restaurant) and Lilly (Bar) for really efficient, friendly and engaging service👌
Very Good Service
Had a lovely meal at the Restaurant and we were served by Breeze who did an excellent job. Very polite and friendly and attentive but at the same time left us to enjoy our meal.

Will come back again
I have stayed here before and will come back again but there were a few annoyances. My lock on my room door didn’t work and I was offered a different room but having unpacked I couldn’t be bothered to move. The food was okay but not wonderful considering the price charged. I ate at the bar but there was an issue with the gas. The treatments I had in the spa were great though although having taken the last slot I was ushered out quickly as they were closing up so no time to relax afterwards. The location is ideal for visiting the coast and other areas of interest. Would recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent customer service from Evangeline and the team in the restaurant whilst having our 28th anniversary dinner. Will come back again!!
Enjoyable stay.
Not expecting location to be very peaceful as between M20 and A20 making it convenient for transport but found it to be a little oasis. Also after a tip from the very helpful receptionist [not 100% sure of name, maybe Kayleigh] she pointed us in the direction of a walk close by which was perfect. One little niggle, trying get your own tea in the morning is a tedious business using the coffee machines. Wouldn't stop us coming back though.
“guests of the day”.
We arrived for our spa break to be told we were the guests of the day. This meant an upgraded room with free mini bar and a voucher for a free drink each in the bar. A very nice touch which was appreciated. The room was lovely, our spa experience was great. We both gad 50 minute treatments. My wife had a facial by Lauren which she loved. My exfoliating massage was very relaxing. Dinner was great, not too busy in the restaurant and the food was very nice. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and plenty of it. Overall a really nice stay and would recommend to friends and family.
Relaxation perfection
We had a lovely experience here, we had a one night spa break. Treatments and spa facilities were great. Our evening meal in the restaurant was incredible. Our server Evangeline made us feel so welcome, chatted to us and made our evening really lovely. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection. Our room is spacious and comes with all the essentials.

Friendly Efficient Staff
Thanks to Lily, one of the lovely staff at this hotel. Lily was always polite and friendly. She had a calm efficient manner and did her job very well, always with a smile and good conversation. She is a credit to the hotel.
