Great hotel and food
Enjoyed stay at hotel, room was comfortable and air con worked great in the heat. Had lovely meal in the restaurant, Evangeline was brilliant at explaining everything and made sure we were looked after!

Stayed here in a large group for a business event, for our evening we were looked after by Nikita who was an amazing member of the team and even when let down by the kitchen she quickly and courteously resolved any issues. Top class service from an outstanding young lady

The hotel was easy to get to as myself and my partner were driving in from London. On arriving, the staff were very friendly, especially Natasha, as she was incredibly welcoming which helped ease my worries as we were also bringing our dog with us. The hotel is very dog friendly. It was also well airconditioned during a hot period of the UK July 2026 heatwave. We managed to eat our meals within the hotel, just outside the restaurant, which was also great during breakfast, as we could bring the buffet breakfast to our table without leaving our dog. We had a classic room during our stay, very clean and big enough for us and the bed was king sized which was also very comfortable. I managed to use the gym just once, which had all the equipment you would expect from a normal gymnasium, even the TREX bodyweight suspension ropes, and cable jungle. Plus the standard various heavy dumbbells and barbells. I really look forward to coming back to this hotel!!

Excellent Service a very rare UK find
Nikita and Della and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and are all a great team. They are all willing to go the extra mile and sort issues out effectively and genuinely care for the guests. Impressive!!!
Good stay, good food, amazing servers!
During our stay at the Ashford hotel and spa, we decided to dine at the restaurant onsite. Upon entering, the theming of the place was immaculate. The food matched and was honestly one of the best experiences but nothing compared to the servers working at the time. You are treated so nice and warmly, so accommodating and fully recommend! I cannot thank enough Evangeline and Akos for looking after us, even when things went a little wrong, we were properly looked after. Will definitely return not just for the gorgeous food but for the awesome hospitality! Thank you☺️
Spa break
Had a lovely spa break here for my partners birthday, lovely meal in the restaurant! Service by Evangeline was wonderful! Some of the others in the restaurant could take a leaf out of her book.

Worth the visit!
Evangeline was super funny and welcoming. The team as a whole did a great job. The food tasty and way more than you would expect from a hotel restaurant, worth the visit.
Lovely food!
. The restaurant was full when we arrived with our two young kids, but Evangeline, Imogen and Sophia made sure we could sit at a table as soon as possible. The food was lovely and there was some entertainment for the kids. We really had a lovely evening here! Thanks girls who’s name we mentioned earlier in this review!

From walking in for the first time, the atmosphere was created by reception, who straight away engaged with the children, she was very friendly and advised where everything was to be found. The suite catered for our family of 4. The TV remote remains elusive but we didn't need it really. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was really useful with the separate shower. The suite was very well cleaned and was like new. The location was perfect for us as we were travelling on to Canterbury the following day. We had dinner in the restaurant and Akos was very helpful, informative and friendly. The food was really well cooked and presented, the only issue my wife had was quite a few bones in her fish which put her off. It was great value for money, the restaurant prices were not inflated which was nice to see and the overall costs were reasonable. We will be revisiting the hotel again soon and hopefully, use the Spa facilities.
Cheeky 2 night stay!
We have had a lovely 2 night break. Rooms are large and you cannot hear people next door. Beds comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Helpful and very friendly staff. Big shout out to our waitresses Evangeline, Imogen and Sophia. So attentive and extremely polite. Food was great. It was served hot and tasted good. Massages lovely and Japanese head spa so relaxing. Great value for money. Definitely recommend and will come back again. Thank you to all the staff.
Nice hotel, clean efficient , no issues.
This is a very modern hotel with modern decor so don't expect great character, however rooms were nice and spacious and well equipped. Food good in restaurant , good service ( Evangeline our waitress was excellent). Good facilities (bar/pool etc.) and close to Ashford. Can recommend.

The service I receive at Ashford International is first class. From the welcome at reception to the attentive staff in the restaurant (especially Breeze, Imogen, and Della led by Akos) is outstanding and the primary reason I choose this hotel whenever I am in the area. A real gem not to be missed.

Great hotel
Great hotel - location facilities and customer service all very good. Staff pleasant and informative. The spa sauna gym etc amazing. Restaurant offers a good quality variety of starters main and deserts. And at competitive prices for a nice hotel. Could update the carpets on the walkway to rooms on the second floor. But that's only improvement. Thank you to all the staff. We will be back j a few weeks Gary and Lorraine
Always a positive experience
Stayed 17-19th July 2026 as well as other times. I do love to stay at the Ashford international hotel. My family live nearby and I always book. The location is next to the main roads and motor way. The welcome is always warm and the staff are always accommodating, it’s such a lovely atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience. The rooms are always clean and tidy and it’s great value for money. I make sure I always include a breakfast as it’s never expensive and always nice. Breakfast can get busy. I would recommend going earlier rather than later. There is a pool which is great when you have young ones. There are set times for family session. the staff at the gym area are always accommodating as well. As I forgot my code for my locker. It was no bother to get the locker sorted. It’s always such a great experience which is why I always book to go back and encourage my family and friends to stay. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend. My son and I had a really lovely stay.
